Clarus FHA Approval™ retains your user account information so that you may log in at another time using the user name and password you chose when registering. As part of the credit card payment process, we require that you provide your billing name, billing address, credit card number, credit card expiration date and credit card security code. Any saved credit card information is stored by a trusted third-party payment processor and not on Clarus FHA Approval™ servers.

The Way We Use Information

The choice of how we use the account information provided when registering rests entirely with you. We will not share your information with outside parties unless you affirmatively indicate a desire for us to do so. We will not use your information internally for purposes other than fulfilling your order unless you affirmatively indicate a desire for us to do so.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. All transactions take place on a secure Clarus FHA Approval™ server. All information you enter is encrypted via SSL (secure sockets layer). The customer data that we collect and maintain is protected against unauthorized access. Clarus FHA Approval™ uses an outside credit card processing company to facilitate billing you for services. This credit card processing company does not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for purposes other than fulfilling your order.
