About Clarus FHA Approval™
Clarus FHA Approval™ offers two services to meet new requirements for the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) loan approvals for condominiums and townhouses.
- Approval Services assist condominium and townhouse homeowner associations when applying for approval with the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) to permit their development to be considered for FHA loans.
- Eligibility Check is a proprietary database of FHA loan eligibility data for condominiums and townhomes. Using Eligibility Check, real estate professionals may search by property address to determine real-time if a condominium is eligible for an FHA loan.
